BalticSeaH2 partners met in sunny and rainy Helsinki for a face-to-face kick-off at the end of August. The three-day kick-off was long due – the project was prepared fully remotely. Even most of the people who have been working with the project since the beginning had never met each other before! The event was hosted by CLIC Innovation, who is the coordinator and communication work package leader.
During the three days, all of the work packages presented their project plan and timeline as well as the tasks under the work package. Additionally, some workshops were facilitated. For example, communication activities, campaigns and main messages were co-created together with all of the partners.
Overall, being able to get to know each other in person was exciting and created a positive hype about the five-year project.
