BalticSeaH2, CONVEY, HiWHyV and NORHyWAY will showcase Nordic hydrogen expertise, production potential and opportunities for industrial collaboration at European Hydrogen Week in Brussels on 26–30 October 2026.
Four Nordic Hydrogen Valleys are joining forces at European Hydrogen Week 2026, bringing together regional hydrogen developments, industrial expertise and opportunities for collaboration under one shared Nordic Pavilion at Booth A12.
The Nordic countries have significant potential for clean hydrogen production, supported by renewable energy resources, industrial expertise and developing hydrogen value chains. Through their activities in different regions and industries, CONVEY, BalticSeaH2, HiWHyV and NORHyWAY are contributing to the development of hydrogen production, infrastructure and industrial applications across Northern Europe.
At European Hydrogen Week, the four valleys will present Nordic hydrogen opportunities to a wider European audience and connect with potential partners, hydrogen buyers, technology providers and investors. The shared pavilion provides an opportunity to discuss ongoing developments, regional strengths and the practical conditions needed to bring hydrogen projects towards commercial deployment.
Connecting Nordic hydrogen expertise with European industry
Developing a functioning hydrogen economy requires coordination across the value chain, from production and infrastructure to industrial demand and investment. While the four Hydrogen Valleys operate in different regions and focus on different applications, they face many similar challenges and opportunities.
By participating together, the valleys aim to strengthen connections between Nordic hydrogen initiatives and European industry, exchange experiences and identify opportunities for future cooperation. Visitors to the pavilion can meet representatives from all four projects and discuss hydrogen supply potential, industrial applications, technology development and emerging value chains.
Join the Speakers’ Corner at Booth A12
In addition to discussions throughout the week, the Nordic Pavilion will host two dedicated sessions at its Speakers’ Corner.
Tuesday 27 October, 11:00–12:00 | Industry talks
The session will explore Nordic hydrogen developments and industrial applications, including hydrogen’s role in fertiliser production, shipping, regional value creation and energy resilience.
Wednesday 28 October, 14:30–15:30 | H2 Valley Meetup & Mingle
The session will bring together research perspectives from the Hydrogen Valleys through short presentations, followed by informal networking and discussions.
