BalticSeaH2 is attending H2Poland 2026
You can find a BalticSeaH2 stand in the Expo area and one stage full of Baltic Sea Region topics hosted by the consortium!

Poland is entering a phase in the hydrogen economy where strategies and roadmaps are increasingly turning into concrete projects, investments and market-driven solutions. This development is supported by the country’s strong industrial base, growing energy demand and EU-level regulation and funding frameworks that steer the market towards implementation.
Poland represents a market where there is a clear need for hydrogen and its derivatives, technology, system expertise and partnerships, particularly in hydrogen infrastructure, Power-to-X solutions and industrial applications.
BalticSeaH2 will host matchmaking between Finnish and Polish stakeholders and one stage will feature lots of Finnish speakers on the 25th of March.
The Polish hydrogen market
Poland is one of Europe’s largest industrial economies and a significant energy consumer. At the same time, the country is actively seeking solutions to reduce emissions, support the energy transition and strengthen energy security. Hydrogen plays an increasingly important role in this transformation.
This is reflected in growing demand for:
- renewable hydrogen and its derivatives
- hydrogen infrastructure and distribution solutions
- Power-to-X technologies and their integration into industrial processes
- pilots and investment projects requiring international partners
Cities and industry are actively involved and are looking for cooperation with companies that can move from planning to implementation.
Why H2Poland
H2Poland is one of the key hydrogen economy events in Central and Eastern Europe. It brings together Polish and international companies, cities, authorities and experts to discuss hydrogen market development, investments and practical solutions.
For Finnish actors, the event offers:
- direct insight into the current state of the Polish hydrogen market
- opportunities to engage directly with Polish companies, cities and decision makers, for example at BalticSeaH2’s networking area
- up-to-date discussions on hydrogen infrastructure, market development, the role of cities and technology
Participation in H2Poland provides an opportunity to explore the market, build cooperation early and identify business opportunities in a rapidly developing hydrogen economy.
